Providing Clean Running Water to Lakota Nation Community
We are working alongside a traditional Lakota Nation Community in Rosebud, South Dakota to provide clean running water infrastructure. This will be for their yearly residents and visitors who support and perform the traditional Sun Dance ceremony each year on their reservation. Currently water is hauled from long distances, and often challenging to bring, and not sustainable. WaterNow will provide rainwater catchment tanks, a UV filtration system, and sanitation stations for the iconic people at Crow Dog’s Paradise. 100% of donations will go directly to the elders of this First Nation community.
